What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support to employees, customers, and programs regarding agronomy-related technologies.
- Assist sales and operations staff in the effective use of current technology platforms.
- Collaborate with location personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Agvance databases and mobile apps.
- Support the management team with sales reporting and data analysis.
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure consistency in treatment and follow-up with all customers.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Normally requires an associate degree or equivalent, along with 3 years of experience in accounting or previous leadership/management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analytics and advanced finance principles including statements, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability and willingness to participate in required training related to GROWMARK’s policies and procedures.
- Must be able to travel extensively, independently, and overnight.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the GROWMARK System, including divisions’ operations and the Agvance platform.
- Experience in leadership roles that demonstrate collaboration and communication skills.
