What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and operational support to management staff regarding agronomy-related technologies
- Assist sales and operations staff with the utilization of technology platforms, including customer-facing tools
- Collaborate with location personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Agvance databases and mobile apps
- Prepare locations for monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory counts and assist with sales reporting and data analysis
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure consistency in treatment and follow-up to all customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in accounting or a leadership/management role
- Advanced knowledge in business analytics and finance, including statements, analysis, forecasting, capital markets, ratio analysis, and budgeting
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work hours beyond those considered "normal"
- Essential skills in business knowledge, collaboration, communication, and customer focus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the GROWMARK System and the Divisions' operations
- Familiarity with the Agvance platform
- Previous experience in training and supporting technology platforms
