What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and perform end-to-end analysis of the business’s risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses
- Ensure that controls are well-designed, operating effectively, and contribute to a proactive risk and control culture
- Conduct ongoing analysis of program-related data and develop ad-hoc reports to support business strategies
- Assist in the development of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentation
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management concepts, applying them to daily tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 4-6 years of experience in the financial services industry with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow directions while being adaptable to change
