- Provide project management support and ensure programmes are coordinated, providing regular feedback on progress.
- Engage with staff at all levels of seniority, demonstrating effective influencing and persuading behaviours to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Be the main point of contact for a range of staff, external stakeholders, and organisations.
- Produce relevant reports to provide assurances as required, within agreed time limits.
- Responsible for high level co-ordination in order to initiate/produce reports, briefings, papers etc. for meetings and key stakeholders.
- Support the management of the programme risk and issue logs and ensure that these are updated and maintained effectively.

- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience or training, plus project management knowledge to Postgraduate Diploma level or possess equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Prince 2 or project management qualification
- Experience of working within the NHS at a senior level
- Experience of the use of electronic systems/databases
- Detailed knowledge of performance management processes

Job summary
Cwm Taf Morgannwg is looking for an organised individual to provide full business management support the COO's central office, working to the Business Manager. This is a fast paced, dynamic office, engaged with a wide variety of workstreams and projects
The Business Support Manager will be providing a range of support services to the Chief Operating Officer and the wider Chief Operating Officer's Team. This will include coordinating work programmes to support the smooth running of operational and programme workflows and activities.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
