      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Managers to analyze business needs and propose solutions
      - Manage a centralized business support mailbox, responding to requests in a timely manner
      - Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals
      - Administer SharePoint content and develop information architecture as needed
      - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven experience in process improvement and complex reporting
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests
      - Knowledge of SharePoint administration is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business support roles or project management
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Demonstrated problem resolution skills in a professional setting
