What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide cost-effective business systems and applications analysis to support business applications development
- Evaluate, analyze, and document requirements for Life Insurance/Annuity products
- Translate requirements into system requirement specifications and configuration
- Act as a liaison between technical personnel and end-user departments
- Assist in data and business conversion, create test scenarios, and analyze results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data conversions and migrations
- Knowledge of Commission payments, agency hierarchies, and licensing processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years working with data conversions
- 1+ years working with data migrations across platforms
- 3+ years working with Commission payments, commission schedules, commission rates, pay frequency, and commission statement file layout
