Job Description

Business Analyst (BA) will collaborate with internal account team and client to understand project objective.
BA will join client meetings and recommend best approaches to achieve the overall objective.
BA will write business requirements document and create supporting materials as needed (ex: process flows).
Strong communication and collaboration skills are imperative to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers as new development items are identified and need to be documented
The broad understanding of the systems and processes will enable the BA to ask the appropriate questions and examine impact of new solutions.
Understanding SDLC is also important as the team writes requirements which are entered into Jira. Business requirements are written as user stories and tasks that the Technical Project Managers translate into Jira.
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Four (4) years experience in Business Systems Analysis
Direct Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, specifically surrounding copay programs/implementations
Experience within JIRA
Understanding of SDLC
Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products
Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $95,000.00 - $143,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
