      Job Description

      Primary Purpose
      This position will also support Reporting & Analytics workstream in Vista CIS project for designing, developing and testing of various business operational and functional reports. Provides technical support for the project in designing, developing and testing of business operational and functional report. Lead and coordinate with various functional groups to ensure end-user reports are developed and delivered meeting stakeholders' expectations. Requires hands on work to design, develop, validate SAP and non-SAP system data models in AWS and catalog using DataZone and publish them in Data Mesh, design and develop ETL processes using AWS Glue and SNP Glue, design and create AWS Lambda functions for report extracts, and design and create reports using QuickSight. Subject matter expert in the SAP data objects and models and be a liaison for business and technical teams.
      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Analyzes user requirements, develop specifications and coordinate implementation of computer systems of medium complexity or size. Develops and manage requirements to ensure that the IT solution reflects the functionality necessary to address business goals and objectives. Includes data analysis, modeling and process management as part of requirements facilitation. (added)Develop plans, specifications and detailed systems descriptions for customer service applications. Conducts audits on the design, implementation and operation of computer systems and their enhancements. Recommends and initiates appropriate action.
      • Conducts effective interviews with users to determine their computer system requirements and expectations. Translates the requirements accurately to systems definition. Provides accurate, timely review of project progress with users.
      • Performs planning and system life-cycle activities and recommend short-term and long-term resolutions and requirements for existing and/or new computer applications; participates in the development and documentation of procedures related to these systems. Keep informed of new developments in information processing concepts and technologies.
      • Facilitates and executes Business Domain testing and systems testing for acceptance of a new computer system application or enhancement and to ensure that the IT solution reflects the functionality necessary to address business goals and objectives.
      • Provides technical consultation to users for issues and concerns of computer systems arising on a day-to-day basis. May be assigned to function as a user specialist in one or more systems or applications.
      • Develops and conducts user training to assure proper operation of systems.
      • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

      $86100 - $129200 / year

      Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree Business administration, computer science, information technology, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Required

      Experience

      • 3 years related experience in areas such as customer service, billing, financials, marketing, commercial and industrial, device management/service orders, and digital. Required

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Solid communications (oral and written), interpersonal and consultative skills. Required
      • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Required
      • Knowledge of testing methodology and tools. required
      • Knowledge of technology system interfaces and data integration; networks, operating systems. Required
      • Knowledge of business; process, roles/responsibility, industry. Required
      • Analytical thinking and problem solving. Required
      • Data analysis and Organization modeling. Required
      • Decision and costs benefit analyst. Required
      • Facilitation and Organizational skills. Required
      • Requirements workshops/interviews/observation. Required

      • Computer skills are required to demonstrate competency in company supported desktop software (i.e., Microsoft Products including Project, PowerPoint, and Visio). Required
      • Knowledge of database environments (i.e., Access, SQL). Preferred

      Licenses and Certifications

      • Certificate in business or information technology. Preferred
