What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, compile, and interpret data while analyzing for accuracy and efficiencies
- Determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, and project plans
- Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing
- Take ownership of tasks involving planning, coordination, and implementation support activities
- Provide expert technical support for systems and continuously improve the end-user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to ensure compliance through testing and analysis
- Experience with project management and coordinating with team members
- Strong communication skills to effectively address system requirements and issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced experience with SOAP and REST APIs
- Familiarity with SoapUI/ReadyAPI or similar tools
- Experience in business process mapping and process optimization
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence for project management
- In-depth understanding of System Life Cycle Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
