What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation
- Prepare well-documented functional specifications, test plans, and execute test cases
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, assisting in application training and project methodology
- Meet with business clients to discuss application changes related to enterprise-wide initiatives
- Coordinate and manage post-implementation feedback and issue resolution processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
- Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a subject matter expert in business applications or systems
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms
- Proven understanding of applications supported and knowledge of interfacing applications
- Experience working in a team environment as well as autonomously
