What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT specialists to ensure compliance in drug file management
- Analyze and design information systems that enhance patient care and health outcomes
- Develop and refine clinical decision support systems using knowledge of drugs and patient care
- Verify patient paperwork for prescription compliance and maintain communication with stakeholders
- Manage project changes proactively and deliver progress reports on project metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a Pharmacy is required
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records and pharmacy regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Experience in a Federal Government environment
- Previous work with the Department of Health and Human Services, especially the Food and Drug Administration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
