What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a new enterprise learning management system, Lumen, for the State of Maine
- Create documentation and content for processes and procedures accessible to all MaineIT staff
- Develop instructional materials to ensure understanding of MaineIT programs and procedures
- Ensure comprehensive documentation is available in an easily understandable format
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document existing and new policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst implementing Learning Management Systems (LUMEN preferred)
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
- Capability to create process flow documents and develop technical and functional specifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Advanced skills in developing instructional materials for learning management systems
