What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, review, analyze, evaluate, and collaborate to support the production of business and technical requirements
- Document and maintain functional and technical requirements for various projects
- Facilitate clear and concise written and verbal communication with all levels of internal and third-party business and technical project teams
- Act as the liaison between product development teams and business teams
- Participate as a key subject matter expert in technology project teams within the enterprise space

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of formal or on-the-job business (systems) analysis training and experience
- General knowledge of Tax, Treasury, Banking, and Accounting operations
- Experience in Life Insurance and Annuities
- Ability to produce and decipher technical use cases, user stories, and process flows
- Familiarity with SAP and Kyriba is a plus
