- Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented with clear communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience in business analysis or project management
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with automated testing
- Prior experience with Mutual of Omaha's Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
