      Summary

      CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for an expert level Business Systems Analyst to join our high-performing SAP DTS (Demand to Supply) team. You must have a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the production SAP S/4HANA system for our Demand to Supply processes including SAP PP, QM, IM, PM/EAM.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Demand to Supply processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
      • Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement.
      • Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Demand to Supply processes.
      • Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
      • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them with issue resolution.
      • Participate in the testing of new Demand to Supply functionalities and ensure the quality of solutions delivered.
      • Support the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests.
      • Continuously monitor and analyze Demand to Supply processes and system performance and recommend further improvements.
      • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
      • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

      Minimum Qualifications (required)

      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education, and training)
      • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems experience to include:
        • Specific experience working with SAP PP and QM modules
        • Competed at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects and experience working with the latest Demand to Supply functionalities
        • Strong understanding of Demand to Supply business process and process optimization

      Additional Qualifications

      • Experience working with IM and EAM modules process mapping, configuration and implementation
      • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
      • Experience in process consulting and change management
      • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
