What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining SDLC governance frameworks, standards, and procedures
- Monitor the system development lifecycle to ensure adherence to governance guidelines and best practices
- Conduct audits and reviews of SDLC processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Prepare and present regular reports on SDLC governance activities, highlighting risks and compliance issues
- Serve as a point of contact for governance-related questions from development or SDLC enablement teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, risk assessments, audit, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SDLC tools (JIRA, X-Ray, TestRay/synapseRT, and Azure DevOps)
- Certification in CGEIT
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
