What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Software Engineers to review and analyze business systems and user needs
- Assist in the maintenance, development, and implementation of new procedures and policies to enhance business systems efficiency
- Participate in project planning and identify technical system requirements
- Develop or modify software application modules following established development guidelines
- Document functions and changes to software application modules and participate in testing and debugging activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
- Proficient in SQL and HTML; familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and Linux
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
