What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with the team for implementation
- Create and execute test plans, ensuring requirements are met and identifying exceptions
- Assess the impact of process adjustments on people, strategy, and systems, providing information for Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Develop communication and training plans for internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Consultant
- Experience working with application developers or IT teams, including hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum processes
- Exposure to business analysis and project management techniques, processes, and tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Experience developing and executing test cases
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and data analysis
- Working knowledge of qTest, test automation, and tools such as SQL and Postman
- Experience in the insurance industry
