- Lead the implementation of Advanced Warehousing for Flavor Enhancers at Mizkan America
- Develop project plans, establish and meet target dates and budget
- Direct and supervise vendors, consultants, and team members when leading projects
- Subject Matter expert in the areas of warehousing and plant operations and be a primary contact for plants to contact for troubleshooting issues, training and understanding how the system works.
- Provide solutions, recommendations to address issues, improve processes and efficiencies across the entire network
- Collaborate with multiple functional areas to ensure business needs are met
- Participate in the routine Microsoft upgrades through participating in testing activities
- Lead training for advance warehousing and other D365 functionality as needed
- Ad Hoc Inventory Analysis
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the systems meet business requirements.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on system functionalities.
- IT/Inventory Liaison for the entire Operations Team
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of warehouse and operations experience in the food industry
- D365 system end user experience preferred
- Good understanding of automated controls, user provisioning processes, segregation of duties conflicts and security maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their interaction with technology.
- Ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
- Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
- Effective listening, communication, and great analysis skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Six Sigma, or project management are advantageous.
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for providing leadership to improve efficiencies, identify best practices to maximize usage of the D365 system and troubleshoot issues, in the areas of Operations and warehousing for Mizkan America. This role will lead the implementation of Advanced Warehousing for the Flavor Enhancer business unit for MA, which includes planning the required activities to implement such as, gathering requirements, ensuring configuration is set up correctly, testing, and training for each location. Initial scope will be Flavor Enhancers but will also be involved in Meal Solutions on an as needed basis. Collaboration and coordination across multiple functional areas (warehouse, plant operations, finance, sales, procurement, IT, etc.) will be critical in this role.
