What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a primary point of contact for sales, customer success, and partners
- Resolve or elevate all internal system-related issues, particularly with Salesforce
- Create and document processes and policies as applicable
- Direct requesters to the appropriate resources efficiently
- Monitor and adhere to team KPIs and quality of work measurements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the selling process
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Analytical skills and adaptability to a continuously changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field
