      Job summary

      Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for supporting teams and improving healthcare services? We are looking for a proactive and efficient Business Unit Admin Support to join our Dermatology and Sexual Health Services (DASH) team!

      In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative, contract, and data management support to ensure the smooth running of our business unit. If you are excited about playing a key role in driving performance, supporting a positive work culture, and helping improve patient care, we want to hear from you!

      This role will require travel to our services meaning a UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes will be required.

      This is a fixed term role until March 31st 2026, for 26 hours a week. You will be based at our head office in Runcorn though there will be opportunities to work from home.

      Main duties of the job

      As a Business Support Admin, an overview of some of your responsibilities include:

      • Administrative Support:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, prepare agendas, take minutes, and keep our digital filing system organised.

      • Contract Administration: Gather and compile contract-related information, update trackers, and ensure documentation is ready for approval.

      • Data Management: Prepare and update performance reports, flag areas of non-compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.

      • Health & Wellbeing: Lead the colleague recognition scheme and promote team engagement through awards.
