What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and define business requirements by understanding technical and business needs from users
- Document business requirements and obtain necessary approvals for product functionality

- Write SQL queries and compile data and reports as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst
- Comprehensive experience across the SDLC, including design, development, and testing
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset
- Proven track record of meeting client expectations and achieving project goals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business unit SMEs and vendors
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with help desk support for production applications
