Participate in the planning and ideation of the overall program plan s.
Support and assist in the development of the division - wide operational playbook s for the program , including future plans for new markets.
Support the team with budget tracking and receipt reconciliation.
Maintain and update any staff training and venue documents and guidelines as required .
Manage payroll for temporary / contracted staff.
Maintain a department - wide staff and vendor tracker.
Maintain a department- wide concert and event calendar including a ticket purchase tracker.
Assist with ordering of creative collateral and gift and manage all shipping logistics .
Support the execution of all hospitality and p op -u p experiences.
Support any additional department- wide needs as required .
Administrative duties as required .
Attend events and concerts as required .
2 + years of event or hospitality experience .
Experience with receipt reconciliation and budgets.
Passion for live events .
Desire for delivering unqualified customer satisfaction.
Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi- task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable and professional disposition .
Ability and desire to travel as needed .
Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people.
Communicate effectively with various audiences by organizing and delivering information appropriately and listening actively to others.

Job Summary:
The 508 Club is a n exclusive membership program granting members access to premium tickets and concierge service. The pilot program is launching in 2024 in Austin, TX, with the goal of expanding to additional markets in subsequent months/ years.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to work on the inaugural team build ing out of all aspects of The 508 Club . The coordinator will be key member of the team bring ing this vision to life . The ideal candidate has some experience in the event operations and /or hospitality space . T his person needs to be a confident and persua sive ambassador of the concept and inspire others — whether members, staff, or event/venue operators — to want to be a part of it.
