What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Speak with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and engage clients
- Assess risk and manage documentation during calls
- Provide resources and information as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or M.A. or M.S. with a clinical practice emphasis
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
