      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and deploy training programs for the Capital One Café, including Verve Coffee Brand Standards
      - Serve as a brand ambassador for Verve Coffee Roasters, ensuring café employees meet brand standards
      - Deliver in-person and virtual training on coffee preparation and hospitality skills
      - Conduct quarterly site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards
      - Assist in deploying new seasonal offerings and promotions through community events and tastings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty café environment
      - Two years of specialty coffee training experience preferred
      - Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation and industry standards
      - Serve-Safe Certification
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with curriculum development, including SOPs, videos, and job aides
      - Equipment calibration and general maintenance experience
      - Dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality
      - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
      - Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
