What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct in-person and virtual support to center-based administrators, teachers, staff, and home-based care providers
- Coordinate the referral process and provide resources and support for program specialists
- Collaborate with providers to address children's developmental, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop inclusive policies and procedures for serving all children and families
- Promote staff/provider health and well-being through reflective practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hold a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling, early childhood special education, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience providing training and consultation in child care and early education settings
- Experience working with children birth through five years old and their families
- Ability to provide relationship-based consultation using reflective practices
- Must be a resident of California
