      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of incoming calls and generate sales leads
      - Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish
      - Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency
