      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality customer service assistance for inquiries related to I-PASS electronic tolling accounts
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Illinois Tollway regulations and policies
      - Update customer accounts and document phone inquiries with accuracy
      - Process credit card payments and make recommendations based on customer needs
      - Gather data and communicate effectively to resolve customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Clear and professional English speaking skills
      - 1 to 2 years of call center experience preferred
      - 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required
      - Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
      - Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple data screens
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
      - Successful completion of assessments or tests associated with the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
      - Previous experience in a customer service role
      - Ability to type more than 25 words per minute with high accuracy
