What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer service assistance by responding to inquiries
- Resolve password reset and login issues for customers
- Assist with 1099 questions and scheduling needs
- Make outbound calls or transfer inquiries to appropriate departments
- Gather data and communicate effectively with customers to solve problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with at least 90% accuracy
- Previous customer service experience required
- Must pass all assessments or tests associated with the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple data screens
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
