What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects, documenting all customer interactions
- Provide high-level customer service solutions to clients on a daily basis
- Engage in data capture and entry during customer interactions
- Upsell products and services as appropriate
- Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of actual call center experience, working with an automatic dialer and call scripting
- A clear, professional, and friendly voice
- High-level people skills, active listening skills, and strong communication skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in an outbound call center setting
