What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of actual call center experience, particularly with an automatic dialer and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice with high-level people skills
- Exceptional active listening and strong communication skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED required; basic computer skills are essential
