What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of actual Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
- High School diploma or GED
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear, friendly voice
- Strong active listening skills and high-level people skills
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in a customer service environment
