What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify prospects for presentation appointments
- Handle customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns
- Manage lead flow for all salespeople
- Confirm appointments with homeowners
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers while offering patient assistance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service and phone experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data entry and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
