What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service and phone handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in computer use, including data entry, MS Outlook, and MS Word
