What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify prospects for presentation appointments
- Handle customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to inquiries and concerns
- Manage lead flow for all salespeople
- Contact homeowners to confirm their appointments
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service and phone experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with MS Outlook and MS Word
