What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with monthly/daily rate information and directions
- Monitor revenue control systems and accountability measures
- Operate facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors
- Coordinate daily activities with the Manager and act as a liaison for customer service inquiries
- Ensure compliance with PCI standards and provide high levels of customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of general work experience
- Basic math skills for cashier-related duties
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Hearing and vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service or parking industry experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think clearly in emergencies
- Excellent time management and customer focus
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
