What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through effective communication

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within designated time limits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service abilities with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially Spanish
