What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Forecast staffing needs for the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) to ensure optimal caregiver operations
- Analyze data to align workforce management with business goals and customer satisfaction objectives
- Manage employee scheduling and monitor trends in staffing requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to support the strategic plans of the PEC
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of workforce management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in managing employee scheduling with an emphasis on analyzing trends and forecasting staffing needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service Call Center experience in Healthcare or Information Technology
