What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete the Helpline’s referral, admissions, and level of care (LOC) assessment processes
- Coordinate new admissions and ensure all intake processes are recorded in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Communicate with external entities, including referral sources and internal teams
- Conduct intake and LOC assessments with a focus on creating a client-centered experience
- Track referrals and generate daily reports of admission and discharge statuses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of CAC-AD with a bachelor's degree or above licensure
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland in good standing is also accepted
- Knowledge of principles and practices related to substance use disorders and mental illness
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals facing challenging situations
