      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide live support and ticket resolution to store owners, employees, and Area Representatives
      - Manage initial troubleshooting and ticket creation for operational and software issues
      - Serve as the first point of contact for consumer feedback and inquiries
      - Offer BIGGBY® rewards account management services, including resolving discrepancies
      - Escalate unresolved issues to next-level support as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service/retail experience required
      - 1 year of call center experience highly preferred
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite
      - Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of BIGGBY® COFFEE Store experience preferred
      - Knowledge of Fresh Desk Ticketing platform or similar systems preferred
      - Basic IT and operational troubleshooting abilities preferred
