What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide live support and ticket resolution to store owners, employees, and Area Representatives via the internal call line and ticketing platform
- Manage initial troubleshooting and ticket creation/management/resolution for operational issues related to technology and software programs
- Serve as the first point of contact for consumer feedback and provide ongoing support
- Offer BIGGBY® rewards account and card management services, including troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies
- Escalate unresolved issues to next-level support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service/retail experience
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of BIGGBY® COFFEE store experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fresh Desk Ticketing platform (or similar system)
- Basic IT and operational troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage stress and conflicts in a work setting
