What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries
- Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Support customers with their insurance policy needs, including coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Demonstrate empathy while assisting customers with new claim reports following accidents
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years of post-secondary education
- Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity to gain it during training
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day and evening hours post-training
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work

- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong multitasking abilities and experience navigating multiple computer systems
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
