What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative or Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
- Work in a fast-paced, remote call center environment
- Navigate multiple computer systems to assist Spanish-speaking customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Property & Casualty license for sales roles
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work weekend days and evening hours after training
- Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Additional languages spoken
- Experience in the insurance industry
