- If residing in the United States, an hourly base wage of $15.00 USD per hour + bonus
- If residing in Canada, an hourly base wage of $16.50 CAD per hour ($17.40 CAD in BC) + bonus

- Retain customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features and benefits of our client’s amazing products and services
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of our client’s products and services to resolve requests and retain accounts
- Engage customers by phone and create interaction experiences where customers end their call Happy, Satisfied and Feeling Valued
- Call Center experience (an asset)
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Prior experience in a retention or collections role is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
- Currently residing in and legally able to work in Canada or the United States
- Windows 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Minimum Intel I3 processor
- The ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem
- Minimum Internet speeds of 30Mbs download/8Mbs upload
- Webcam required
- USB Headset

As a Remote Call Center Retention and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for the collection of delinquent and/or past-due payments on accounts. In addition to the collection of repayment, w e are looking for experienced candidates to use their high-value selling skills to meet service-to-sales customer retention targets. You will:
