What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place and receive phone calls to/from patients to collect payments for medical expenses
- Collect and document relevant patient information using internal technology platforms
- Engage in active listening to address patient questions and concerns
- Educate patients on healthcare revenue cycle and repayment programs
- Follow department processes in compliance with industry laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity
- Basic understanding of contact center processes and techniques
- Exposure to collections industry, healthcare revenue cycle, and medical insurance and billing processes preferred
- Commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all interactions
