      We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a temporary, remote assignment. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

      Duration: 90 days, to be adjusted as needed pending business requirements

      Stay Bonus: $250 on first check and $250 upon assignment completion

      About the role

      The Customer Service Representative I will play a key role in launching our brand new e-commerce portal on Fellers.com. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers as they explore our new online shopping experience. You'll provide exceptional virtual support, guiding them through account setup and ensuring a smooth transition to our exciting e-commerce platform.

      What you'll do

      • Maintaining departmental service level targets
      • Responding to customer inquiries
      • Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
      • Provide first-line support for website login and account creation issues
      • Assist customers with navigating the checkout process
      • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
      • Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
      • Additional duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
      • Strong customer service and active listening skills
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
      • Basic computer skills
      • High school diploma
      • A passion for customer advocacy
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

      Physical Requirements
      • Ability to focus on computer monitors for extended periods
      • May work from a seated position for extended periods

      Qualifications
      • Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
      • High speed internet access with minimum speed of 50 mbps
      • A chair and flat surface or desk to work from


      The pay range for this role is:

      15 - 16 USD per hour (Remote - United States)
