      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing post-sale inquiries and general company questions
      - Schedule service appointments for customers with local technicians
      - Review completed service tickets for quality assurance
      - Act as a liaison between installation and service teams and local office staff
      - Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while resolving inquiries professionally

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Minimum 1 year of previous office or administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (wpm)
      - Highly organized with strong time management skills
      - Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
