      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls for insurance filing and route callers to the appropriate team member
      - Utilize the Beyond system to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
      - Enter and update insurance information accurately in the Beyond system
      - Engage in extensive phone usage to file claims and determine appropriate claim codes
      - Assist supervisors and team members with tasks as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory
      - Extensive phone skills and ability to interact positively with customers
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with claims analysis and reporting processes
      - Proven track record of punctuality and excellent attendance
