Work at home CSR's needed in the State of MD - START on November 20th!
BYOD - must have your own computer
Pay - $16.63 English $19.63 Spanish
Shift - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Possibility for long term - this is open enrollment assistance, but does have the opportunity to go long term if all scores are met (adherence, attendance and quality)
Job Description
The Customer Support Center (CSC) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the Client. The CSC assists individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. The CSC will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for all Maryland consumers.About the company
