What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers regarding Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans
- Assist clients with eligibility and enrollment processes using the State's Exchange portal
- Utilize CRM software and various online systems to deliver high-quality customer service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset while solving problems and providing assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have your own computer (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD)
- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively
- Availability to start on February 26, 2025
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply
